Hey guys! It seems that the Apollo Dance won the poll for the next event in August! So here’s a bit of information for you all regarding it~

August 7^this a day sacred to Apollo. As such the Camp will be holding a special dance where Apollo will grace us with his presence, as DJ. Apologies to all you Apollo kids, he might try to get you to perform. This dance also doubles over as a special end of the summer dance for the summer campers going away in a few weeks! All Campers are expected to dress in formal wear – suits for the boys, dresses for the girls (please have them reach past the knee)! If you’re lacking any formal attire the Aphrodite cabin will be happy to assist you in finding something to wear! All music will be by requests, so feel free to post actual requests and who knows, maybe there’ll be an actual playlist for you to listen to while tagging!

This event will be a log, and it should be a blast. No one spike the punch!

The following event is of course the End of the Summer event. This event will begin on August 18^th, where the summer campers are abducted. However, the kids at camp will have no idea about this!

On August 18^th, the summer campers will find themselves trapped in different rooms, only able to communicate with whoever is in the room with them or their captors. On August 21^st, though, a certain Son of Iris might be able to send out a message to the camp. Then it’s time for a rescue of epic proportions which will turn into quite the fight as the campers fight against the Red Room!
