+1 son of aquilon

So not only do you get a new member of the ASOIAF cast, but you get a bit of fresh meat as well. Hi, my name's Cam and I'll be bringing in my first character to HBH: Jon Snow!

Jon is the son of Aquilon and Lyanna Stark here so he is, sadly, not Ned Stark's bastard, but Aquilon's. He's 16 and been attending Camp Jupiter since he turned 10, so he's got a few years of experience under his belt. And not only is he member of the Fourth Cohort (wolf cohort 4 lyfe, yo) but he's also one of their Centurions to boot! He's incredibly solemn, serious, and kind of aloof as far as people go, but he's also very loyal once he's made friends, so there's that on his side. Oh, and he's also a legacy of Vulcan but he's got no abilities from that.

He'll be bunking in Cabin One, unsurprisingly. And for reference, his uncle/adoptive father, Eddard Stark, is governor of Maine, so anyone who has an interest in politics might recognize the name if Jon brings it up in conversation.

And if anyone wants to add me on plurk for plotting purposes, I'm at shoddily and very open to being added, so add away!

We technically know each other vaguely from my stint in Ariel but I am Fae, mod here and player of Jean Prouvaire (Les Mis, son of Demeter), Sadie Kane (The Kane Chronicles, Egyptian magician and canonish character), Tybalt (October Daye, Egyptian magic), and Bucky Barnes of the MCU flavor (son of Apollo and Actual 40s Kid)! Tybalt is kind of best friends with Derek Hale so Jon is probably going to see a tabby cat hanging around his cohort a lot \o/

Yes, I remember talking to you on plurk briefly about it. Apollo was a fun character to have CR with. The only character I really recognize from your list is Bucky, but that's never stopped me from tossing Jon at people before... though I do vaguely recognize the name Sadie. I just... haven't read the Kane Chronicles. YET. But having a tabby cat hanging around the Fourth is an awesome thing and I very, very much look forward to seeing it happen!

I'm Shea, you've already met me, you just don't know it yet. I have Éponine (daughter of hermes), Elizabeth (hunter of artemis, daughter of eris) on the greek side and then Annie (daughter of neptune) and Hazel (daughter of pluto) on my roman side.

Sometimes I think that if I had a fifth spot, I'd bring in the prettiest Stark.

ANYWAY. Annie and Hazel would both know Jon. Annie's been at Camp Jupiter for a little longer than him, and is a Centurion for the 1st cohort- WHICH MEANS that Jon would know her before she "went mad". Poor girl.
Hazel, on the other hand, has only been at Jupiter for about a year before they got attacked, and is a member of the 5th. SO THERE IS THAT.

Bringing in the prettiest Stark is something I'm always, always on board for, but caps are caps. OH WELL.

YES I've heard about Cabin One's... arrangements already. I can't really blame them, tbh, a giant statue of Zeus glaring at me would creepy me out too. >>; And yeah, I would imagine that Jon and Aqua would be on more formal terms, comparatively, since he's already sort of stiff and formal to begin with. Anything else is just gravy on top!

Anyway, I'm Tai! I figured I better introduce myself since I'm your new cabinmate-slash-pooossible counselor? Dunno, but Ven's now the longest-term resident of Cabin One, so he probably has that title by default. He's a son of Jupiter, Third Cohort, and has been in the Legion for about seven-ish years now so he'd know Jon on sight at least, and he does not like cold. Which is why Tent City has a bunch of Hephaestus-kid-made magical heaters set up there, too!

Aside from KH!Ven, I also play Percy Jackson, who's still getting into trouble and has recently revealed to the camp that he's invulnerable; Peeta Mellark, son of Demeter who will feed everyone he comes across and can also break their necks if they piss him off severely; and Asami Sato, who just arrived from Japan and is somewhat bemoaning the lack of a racing track but enjoying the combat practice a lot. It's good to meet you, looking forward to playing with you!

SORRY VEN jon does have pretty darn good control over his powers if that (somehow) helps. NO ACCIDENTAL SNOWSTORMS FROM HIM.

But hey Tai! It's definitely good to meet you since yeah, cabin mates and having Ven as a counselor will be great too! Probably better him than anyone else since he actually is a son of Jupiter and not a, uh, extra just sort of stashed there. And yes, Ven would absolutely know Jon on sight since they've been there for nearly the same length of time. Having magical heaters is pretty great in general, though!

The rest of your line up is pretty aces too! I certainly look forward to playing with them eventually.
