[Now Hiccup was more used to Gobber's garage back in Berk, but the Forges were a nice replacement for his favourite hideaway. Even if he wasn't a son of Hephaestus or Vulcan, he was quick to pick up the processes during his first few months here at the camp. Just because he was supposedly Loki didn't mean that he wasn't smart.

Unfortunately it seems like Loki's tendency to get into trouble carried over into this life as well.

Hey, hey, Hephaestus kids. Your Forge is on fire. Literally.]

[Wow, what is going on over here?]

Is that supposed to be on fire like that?

Uh, noooooo. No, it isn't.

[He bites his bottom lip and cringes when something breaks with an audible sound.]

[thewindything]

[Well, then.]

That should probably get put out before the whole cabin burns down.

[dragonconqueror]

[He rakes a hand through his hair before laughing nervously.]

Aheh, knowing my luck I'll...just make things worse.

[thewindything]

Dude, it's already on fire.

[Frowns. Don't worry, you've got a son of Jupiter to help you! So John thinks, anyway. He steps back and raises his hands up.]

Like I said, worse.

[Hiccup turns his head to watch John take a step back, glancing towards the fire before turning his attention back to the other boy, raising a slight eyebrow.]

Er, what're you doing?

What's it look like? I'm going to put it out.

[With that, John summoned the strongest gust of wind he could muster. Does it put it out? Or make it worse? That remains to be seen.]

[The gust of wind makes Hiccup glance around the forge, both hands going to his head in panic.]

Wind will just make it even worse!

Not if it's strong enough!

[John...]

No actually, I'm very extra sure that wind just...makes the fire bigger.

[One of the things that goes hand in hand with being a daughter of Hephaestus is spending quite a bit of time in the forges. Now that she has dragons of her own to care for - as well as hide - Daenerys spends much more time in there than she used to, creating things to help them survive in the cabin.

She did, anyway, until it caught on fire.

She's not sure if she'll be able to control the flames, as she doesn't really try to take out Hephaestus' Blessing for a spin too often, but she does know that the fire is getting out of control. She's dashing towards the Poseidon cabin to go find Percy when she spots Hiccup just...well, standing around and staring at it, apparently.

She grabs the boy by the sleeve of his shirt. They need all the help they can get.]

Come with me, quickly! This is a dangerous situation for the rest of the campers.

[Daenerys grabbing hold of his sleeve seems to snap him out of whatever catatonic shock he'd gone into when the fire had started and he very nearly stumbles to the side when she tugs on it. Hiccup gives her a glance that looks nervous before he turns his attention to the fire he accidentally started, biting his bottom lip.]

O-oh right. Right. I guess it just...kinda shocked me.

That is clear.

[Dany has no tolerance for this, especially if it's a fire that's gotten out of hand, something she can't control.

She spots a few buckets near the Poseidon cabin, and while she knocks on the door, she points to them.]

Fill these with lake water...please. I would owe you a great deal.
