[He wrinkles his nose up, then moves close to the wall, jumps, and tags the heel of Karkat's shoe with the tips of his fingers.]

[He was about to turn around and go back to trying to scale the wall before he feels his sneaker being grabbed by something, and several things happen at once. First, he lets out a short scream before the motion causes him to flail and fall backwards, swearing the whole way down.]

[Dave steps back, grabbing for Karkat as he falls and catching him in a bridal carry that has him momentarily stunned before he abruptly drops him.]

Holy shit, KK.

[The fact that he's on the ground again is enough to momentarily shock him before he picks himself up off the ground, checking himself over and turning his attention back to the other boy.]

Don't 'holy shit' me, Strider, I could've snapped my neck!
